B.Sc in Statistics
Statistics is a subject that deals with the analyzation and interpretation of specific data is done. It is basically a subject in which the mathematics is combined together with the logic and reasoning and a particular stats is prepared to represent them. The study of statistics proves to be a bit logical and hence has many practical approaches in it.
Under the course of B.sc in statistics, the candidates are meant to study these logics and reasons combined with the mathematics. Since it is a bachelor level course, thus the study is kept on that level. The aspects which are necessary are taken in to consideration for the syllabus. The courses are oriented in such a way so that the students get maximum benefitted from the course.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for the course of B.Sc in statistics, one will have to be at least 10 + 2 passed or its equivalent from a well recognized educational board of India. Apart from that, the candidate should have mathematics as a main subject in the 10 +2 level.
Course Outlook:
The course of B.sc in statistics is of 3 years duration. However, the 3 years are divided in to 3 parts of 1 year each. After5 every year, an examination is held on the basis of which the students are promoted to the next level.
Job prospects:
There are plenty of jobs in the market after one successfully complete the course of B.sc in statistics. One can work in various firms where the need of statistic is high. Teaching career is also open for this degree holder.
