M.Sc in Food and Nutrition
The course at the post graduate level offers the candidates to understand several processes of food production in a detailed fashion. Apart from that, the course also covers subjects such as Product development, quality management as well as applied nutrition. Not only this, the course also allows the candidates to develop their professional as well as practical skill that offers them an insight of the analytical study of the Food based markets.
Eligibility Criterion:
The candidates have to attain 45% in their Higher Secondary Level in order to undertake final admission in the above course. Since, English is the compulsory teaching language in most of the top Institute offering this course, the candidates have to undertake the subject of English as their first Language in the 10+2 Level. The candidates also have to be at a minimum age of twenty years as one the date of the ensuing admission year.
Course Duration:
The Course extends to a period of two years, with each year divided into two papers. The candidates have to pass in each of the paper to make it to the nest paper.
