Deshbhakta Ratnappa Kumbhar College of Commerce was established in the year 1957 and it is located in the district of Kolhapur at the state of Maharashtra. The college is affiliated to Shivaji University located at Kolhapur.

As the name implies Deshbhakta Ratnappa Kumbhar College of Commerce is dedicated to the courses coming under the commerce stream. The college is offering both UG and PG courses under this stream and the list of the courses is given below:

• Master of Business Administration

PG Course:

The only PG course offered by the college is Master of Business Administration and the duration of this course is two years.  For getting admission to this course, candidates must have secured at least 45% of marks in the degree course (40% for reserved category candidates). Candidates must also get through the written test conducted by the college. The written test is conducted for a total of 200 marks and the other weightages given for admission are 2 marks for work experience, 4 marks for past academic record, 17 marks for personal interview, 17 marks for group discussion thereby making a total of 240 marks.

UG Courses:

For getting admission to the under graduate courses offered by the college, candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination in the commerce stream.

The placement portal of the college functions effectively in such a way that the employers can communicate it through online and can get permission from the management for conducting campus recruitment.
