Business ethics and corporate governance is a paper that all the MBA students of ICFAI have to appear for at the end of the first year of the course. This paper is for testing the ethics of the candidate when it comes to various types of business.

The question paper consists of two sections. The first section consists of objective questions only. There are 30 objective questions in this section each carrying 1 mark. The total mark of this section is 30. There are no negative marks for wrong answers. The answer to this section is to be filled in the OMR sheet that is provided in addition to another answer script.

The second section consists of purely descriptive questions and is for a total of 50 marks. The candidates are required to answer all the questions from both sections. The second section consists of both short and long type answer questions. The total mark of the exam is 80 and two and a half hours is allotted for completing the paper. Both the sections contain few numerical questions. Five options are provided for each objective question and only one is right. The candidate has to fill the right bubble in the OMR sheet.
