For instance it the syllabus is divided into 3 parts 1.FOUNDATION : has 4 papers 2.EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME : divided into 2 modules - 3papers in each module 3.PROFESSIONAL PROGRMAMME : divided into 4 modules - 2papers in each module |

b.com,m .com,pursuing p/t mba in finance,and 4 year of exp in share market, After seeing the course content , c.s seem to be the right option for me ,but i am little confuse between opt for c.s or for c.f.a programme , and i also want to know dat after my mba in finance ,are any paper are exempt for a mba, and can i register my self for c.s programme wile pursuinf my mba,as i am pursuing my last sementer |

when cs foundation exam become. when we get the result. please give me this particular question answer. and sir i take admission in foundation course of 1st of january. but suddenly 1fed icsi chage the syllabus. so sir i do not what is my syllabus.

ICSI :- Institute of Company secretary of India . It is an professional course . This course examination is held during the month of june and december for every year . Eligibility Criteria for CS :- For Foundation Course :- If your interested to apply for Foundation course then you should qualified in 12th standard in any discipline from recognized university . Your age should be not less then 17 years . For Intermediate Course :- If your interested to apply for Intermediate course then you should qualified in graduation in any discipline from recognized university . For Final Course :- If your interested to apply of Final course then you should qualified in Intermediate course then your eligible for final course . Training :- If your qualified in all the three levels then your send for training for 15 month , After successfully completed the training then you may registered as company secretary of India . |

The company secretary is a 3 years professionals course equivalent to undergraduate degree.
The course is divided into 3 level: (1)Foundation course-8 months It comprises of business environment,entrepreneurship,management,communicat ion,ethics,accounting and economics. (2)Executive course-9 months It comprises of company law, tax law, general law, commercial law, accounts and audit law and securities law. (3)Professional course-15 months It comprises of company secretaries practices, financial and treasury management. In the last module of the course,the CS has the option to choose any of the following and could be specialized in one field. (1)Banking law and practice (2)capital,commodity and money market (3)insurance law and practice (4)intellectual property rights-law and practice (5)international business-law and practice. |
