The Revenue Department works under Section 44 of the Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. The primary objectives and functionality of the Revenue Department was decided by the President of India. The department looks into various antiquated laws and rules related to land revenue.
Job Profile:
Revenue Department, Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi invites application from eligible retired employees of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh Governments for various revenue Officials. The posts are for contract basis for a period of 1 year.
No. of posts: Kanungo - 40, Patwari -90, Bailiff -84, Tehsildar - 10, Naib Tehsildar - 10
Pay Scale – Kanungo - Rs. 12000, Patwari - Rs. 10000, Bailiff - Rs. 7500, Tehsildar - Rs. 18000, Naib Tehsildar - Rs. 15000
Eligibility:
Age criteria – The maximum age limit is 65 yrs (Relaxable as per rules).

Selection Process:
The selection of the post is through interview. Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview after screening of applications.
