Chanchalben Mafatlal Patel College of Nursing is a constituent unit of Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya and the college was established under Private-Public partnership between Gujarat State Government and Sarva Vidyalaya Kelvani Mandal.

Course Details:

Chanchalben Mafatlal Patel College of Nursing is offering Bachelor of Science in Nursing Course and the intake capacity of the college for this course is 50 students. Now, the college is also planning to introduce GNM Course with approval from Nursing Council and for this course, also the college is permitted to admit 50 students.

Eligibility for Admission:

Any candidate, who has completed her 12th class in the faculty of science with a minimum aggregate of 45% of marks in English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, is eligible for admission to the nursing course offered by the college.

Admission Procedure:

Admission to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing is done through a centralized process of admission that is followed by the Gujarat Government.

Accommodation:

The college is offering well-preserved hostel facility with two-people sharing basis and the number of rooms is 60. The students in the hostel are provided with hygienically prepared food. There is also spacious accommodation facility for staff members, the campus of the college also includes a multipurpose hall with a capacity to accommodate 200 students, and this hall is used for conducting different extra-curricular and educational activities of the college.

College Laboratories:

The campus of the college is provided with required laboratory facilities as prescribed by Indian Nursing Council to offer practical training to the students. There are laboratories for community health nursing, microbiology & anatomy, nutrition, child health and maternity, etc…and there is also a computer lab with 15 systems, which are connected through local area network to offer computer training to the students.
