Kadi Sarva Vishvavidyalaya was formed by the Sarve Vidhayala Kalyani Mandal, which is formed in the year 1919. The trust is a reputed and prestigious educational trust in the part of North Gujarat and it got its present eminence by the team of efficient managers. The university is offering courses under different streams of education like English, Bio-technology, Pharmacy, nursing, physical education, education, commerce, management and computers. The main aims of the university include providing education to all irrespective of religion, creed and caste; to become university of excellence by offering research based activities that would meet the higher economic development requirements; to provide education based on requirement and to develop programmes with contemporary relevance. The university is not only offering under graduation and post graduation courses, but doctoral courses as well and these courses were started from the academic year 2008-09. Kadi Sarva Vishvavidyalaya is also offering M. Phil courses in physical education, education and English from the academic year 2008-09. The university was formed through the state Government of Gujarat Act on the year 2007 and it is approved by University Grants Commission from the 19th of March 2009. The nursing college coming under the jurisdiction of this university was established from the academic year 2008-09 by joining hands with the state government of Gujarat. The constituent colleges coming under the jurisdiction of this university are approved by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council with B++ status and some of the colleges are also approved by NBA.
