ICFAI University has been always recognised as one of the most reputed Universities in the nation. It offers different courses, including MBA. The Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, paper code-MB312, is also a part of the curriculum of the MBA programme at ICFAI.

Division of the paper:

The Business Ethics and Corporate Governance Paper is divided into two parts or sections viz Section A and Section B.

Paper Pattern:

There are a total of thirty Objective based question in the paper in which each of the questions have four options and candidates have to choose any one. All of the offered questions in the section have to be attempted. There are a total of six main questions in the second section, and candidates have to attempt all. The questions have to be attempted in the English Language, and there are no options offered in the exam paper.

Markings:

The paper carries a maximum of eighty marks. The first section carries a total of thirty marks, which means, each of the Objective based question carries a maximum one mark. Each of the main questions in the second section carries either nine or eight marks, as per the nature of the question itself.

Time allotted for examination:

The time allotted for completing the paper is three hours.
