Disha Bharti College of Management & Education was established for the purpose of meeting the long felt need for a professional institution of the people of Saharanpur.

The college is coming under the jurisdiction of Chaudhary Charan Singh University located at Meerut. The college is planning to introduce Bachelor of Science in home science and Bachelor of Commerce courses in addition to the already existing courses.

Courses offered:

Disha Bharti College of Management & Education is presently offering two courses with affiliation from CCS University and they are:

• Bachelor of Business Administration

• Bachelor of Computer Applications

Eligibility Criteria:

For getting admission to both BCA and BBA courses, candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 55% of marks.

The college has permission to admit 60 students for each of these courses. For BCA course, students must have studied maths as a subject at their 10+2 level.

Centre for Training & Placement:

The college offers compulsory industrial practical training to both BBA and BCA students after completion of their fourth semester examination. This training is offered to the students by the Centre for Training & Placement functioning in the college. In addition, the center also arranges for expert lectures in both HRD and technical stream for the students.

Clubs functioning in the college:

The college offers an environment where students can form committees and clubs to supplement classroom training. Some of the societies functioning in the college are IT club, music society, social work forum, sporty society, dramatics society, debating society and quizzing club.

These clubs are solely run by the students thereby enabling them to earn some social experience other than studies.

Vision of the college:

The vision of Disha Bharti is to create self-reliant youth with consciousness of their importance to the nation.
