Job profile: The main role of Manager would be the development of individual agents through coaching and training, developing training techniques for the agents, to provide training to the new team under him. The candidate would be responsible for increasing the client base through various hunting methods and increase the sales.
Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate with commerce background preferably a MBA in marketing with excellent communication skills. The company is looking for local area candidates with knowledge of potential market.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in direct sales, team handling and mentoring a team of over 35 agents preferably from the Insurance Sector.
