Haryana Public Service Commission was established under the Government of India with the aim of serving the needs of state. The major objective of the commission is to make recruitment on the high level post in Government offices in the state of Haryana. The recruitment of the candidates is made through the conduct of the competitive written examination by Haryana Public Service Commission.

Job Profile:

Haryana Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible individuals for the recruitment on the position of Assistant Engineer Class II in the field of Civil Engineering. Cadidates will be recuited in Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana. Candidates are advised to checl all the eligibility conditions for the post before applying.

Eligibility:

The minimum age limit set for the post is 20 years as on 1 August 2011.
The maximum age limit set for the post is 40 years as on 1 August 2011.

Candidates should age more than 20 years but not more than 40 years for applying on the specified position of Assistant Engineer in Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana. Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years for the Haryana Domicile candidates bwlonging to SC/ST categories.

Educational Qualification:

Degree from any recognized university or equivalent in Civil Engineering is required as the minimum educational qualification for applying on the post of Assistant Engineer in Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana. Candidates are also required to have studied the subject of Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

ESM category candidates: Total 3 posts are available.
PH category candidates: Total 2 posts are available.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be given the consolidated salary of Rs. 14800 per month alongwith other usual allowances sanctioned by Harayana Government, in the training period. After successful completion of the training period, candidates will be paid the prescribed amount of salary i.e. Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.

Application Fee:

An application fee of Rs. 1000 is need to be paid by the intereste candidates, who belongs to some other states. Rs. 250 is need to be submitted by the SC/ST/BC/ESM/PH candidate of Harayan state. The application fee must be paid through IPO or Bank Draft payable at Secretary. HPSC at Panhckula.

Selection Process:

Selection of candidates will be made through the conduct of a competitive examination by Commission. Only shortlisted candidates after this competitive examination, will be called for the next stage of the selection process. Candidates will have to appear in the personal interview test on specified test after qualifying in the written test.
