High Court of Madhya Pradesh as the name implies is the high court belonging to the MP state, which was established in the name of Nagpur High Court on the 2nd of January 1936. Even though, the court was established in Nagpur, it was moved to Jabalpur in the year 1956 on the 1st of November. The sanctioned judge strength of the court is 42 members.

Recruitment by High Court of Madhya Pradesh:

High Court of Madhya Pradesh invites applications from eligible candidates on contract basis for the positions of System Officer and System Assistant.

Name of the positions: System Officer, System Assistant

Number of Vacancies: 11 for System Officer and 89 for System Assistant

Pay Scale: Rs. 11500 for system officer and Rs. 7000 for system assistant

Term of employment: Initially one year on contract basis, after which it might increase of decrease.

Eligibility requirement:

Educational qualification:

System Officer: Candidates must be Bachelor of Engineering/Technology holder in computer science engineering/information technology/MCA with not less than 60% of aggregate marks. Even candidates with Master’s degree in information technology/computer science with first class are eligible to apply.

System Assistant: Candidates must be Bachelor of Science in IT or computer science degree holders/BCA holders from the recognized institution/university with not less than 60% of marks and they should also have one year working experience.

Age requirement: For both positions, candidates must not be more than 35 years of age.

Experience: For both positions, preference will be given to candidates with working experience in service administration, network troubleshooting & management, web designing, SQL Server & programming in C++/JAVA, PHP, Open Office Suit and Linux.

Selection Process:

Based on the educational qualification and experience, candidates will be shortlisted and will be called for written test and interview to be held on 14th of June 2011. Candidates will have to bring their experience certificate and original mark sheets to the venue of written test/interview.
