About the University:

Previously any type of courses in the state of Gujarat was maintained under the Gujarat University. In order to impart efficient education in the state, the state government introduced a new university named as Gujarat Technological University. This technological university covers the engineering and other technical related departments. This university was found on 16th May, 2007. The main purpose of forming this university is to provide more superior and clean study for the students.

About examination:

Each student must secure cutoff marks in each semester in order to jump into new semester. Principle of Management Papers is one of the important papers for the students who really want to build the idea about business management.

About the Paper:

The Gujarat Technological University MBA 1st Semester Principles of Management Paper focuses on management theory and practice. The principle of management has five modules. From the beginning of this paper, students are taught about ethics, functions of management etc. In the next modules candidates come across the different planning involved in management. Rest of the modules will give the information about organizing, directing and controlling management.

Paper pattern:

The Principles of Management papers contain a total of ten questions amongst which one has to attempt a maximum of five questions. All the questions are of equal numbers. This set of paper includes the basic theories, descriptive and few long answer type questions.

Full marks and time allotted for the paper:

The 1st Semester Principles of Management Papers carries a total of 70 marks whereas the time allotted for the students to answer the entire question is of two and half an hours. The students need to focus mainly on the rules of the examination which is generally given on the question paper.
