Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RRVPN) was established in the year 2000 by the Government of Rajasthan and the customers of RRVPM includes open access consumers, distribution companies and electricity generators who count on them to offer power from the generation area to the inter-phase point of Discoms, where it is needed for serving to businesses and homes.

RRVPN calls for applications from eligible candidates for the position of Junior Engineer- I (Civil) to work in different power sector companies like Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd, Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd, Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd, Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd and Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd in the state of Rajasthan.

Name of the Position: Junior Engineer (Civil)

• ST – Open competition – 07

• OBC – Open competition – 10, Female - 02

• General – Open competition – 28, Female – 10

Remuneration: Selected candidates will be engaged initially as Probationary Trainees for a period of two years and during this period, they will get a fixed pay or Rs.10000 per month. After completion of period of probation, they will be coming under the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 with GP of Rs.3200/.

Eligibility Details:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be engineering graduates with not less than 60% of aggregate marks/AMIE with not less than 55% of marks in aggregate in civil engineering from a recognized Indian institution/university. Even candidates with equivalent degree from a foreign university declared as equivalent to engineering by competent authority are eligible to apply.

Age: To apply for the position of Junior Engineer (civil) candidates must not be less than 21 years and more than 35 years of the date of submission of application.

Cost of Application:

The cost of Application is Rs.1000 for general category candidates and Rs.500 for reserved category candidates and this should be paid through challan from 12th July to 30th July in any branch of State Bank of Jaipur & Bikaner to the SBBJ Power Jyoti Account No. 61113250483 and the copy of the challan should be obtained from the bank for online application.
