The candidate should have cleared 12 standard minimum, candidates with a diploma in computers would be preferred. The candidate should be good in speaking English.

Experience: Customer service Officer / Sr. Customer service Officer – 1 to 3 years of experience in an international delivery center.
Tr. Customer service Officer – 0 to 6 months of experience
