Hi Friend.
There were 4 rounds.
Aptitude
GD ( they may go for it or may not)
Technical & HR
Communication
The first phase was Online Aptitude test conducted by Aspiring minds.
The test consisted of several modules such as
Analytical, Logical
Computer fundamentals
Programming basics ( Java, C++, C, DS).
Only 51 students cud clear the aptitude.

GD:
They Skipped GD as the number of students who cleared apti was bit less.
Technical & HR :
This round is really unpredictable. It all depends on who takes ur interview. there will be a panel of 3 to 4 members. sometimes it turns up to be a complete HR round. as I said it all depends on the person who takes the interview. technical section they may ask about your project and some basic stuffs from the language you are comfortable with. if you don't know any answers be confident to say that u don't know. do not try to impress them by wrong answers.

Why Mphasis?
What do u know about Mphasis?
Willingness to work?
Communication Round :

This is the final round of the selection process. and its an easy round only if u are good at English. be fluent with English vocabulary and different accent. few got rejected in this round having cleared the technical and hr round. At last I got selected along with 16 other students from our college.
