Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission shortly called as UPPSC is operating from the city of Allahabad in the state of Uttar Pradesh and the commission is working towards the mandate of conducting recruitment examinations for selection of candidates to various vacancies arising in government organizations in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Recruitment by UUPSC:

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has called for applications from eligible candidates for Assistant Prosecution Officer Preliminary Examination for the year 2011. The details regarding the notification issued by the commission for the same is given below:

Name of the Examination: Assistant Prosecutor Officer Pre. Examination

Number of Vacancies: Total number of Vacancies is 102, which is divided among the different categories as follows:

• UR – 51

• SC – 22

• ST – 02

• OBC - 27

Pay Scale: Selected candidates under the position of Assistant Prosecutor Officer will be coming under the pay brand of Rs.9300-34800 plus GP of Rs.4600

Eligibility requirements:

Educational qualification: To apply for this examination, candidates must be degree holders in the faculty of Law from a recognized university.

Age: Candidates must be between the age group of 21 and 35 years of age as on the 1st of January 2011

Application fee:

Candidates can get the OMR Application forms from the head post office in Uttar Pradesh district from 13th of August 2011 until the last date of submitting application on payment of Rs.155 for PREGEN series and Rs.95 for PRERES coming under SC/ST category.

How to apply:

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility requirements will have to apply according to OMR format and the filled application must be sent to the address given below before the 09th of September 2011.
