The company is currently looking for Assistant Managers through various cities all over India.

Job profile: The main role of the Assistant Manager would be the development of Business Associates through coaching, training, team management support. He would also be required to manage the BA team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the set business targets. Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor and plan Case Rate and Case Size. He also is required to carry out recruitment for new agents as and when required by the company according to the company standards.

Qualifications and Experience: The candidate must be a Graduate or a Post Graduate in marketing. The minimum experience required for this post is 5 to 9 years. The candidate is required to have strong analytical as well as managerial skills.

Pay Scale: Rupees 3, 75,000 to 5, 25,000
