Job profile: The candidate will have to undergo certain training program initially for 4 months to know the company policies and evaluations. Then the employed will be under the supervision of an Area Manager to create a contact details and the area he has to work. The more a candidate can give sales to the company, the more incentives he gains. He may have to migrate even to remote areas in lieu of the business requirements.
Experience: Fresher can apply. However, an experience of 2-3 years in Insurance sector wills obviously get preference.
