Chaudhari Technical Institute shortly called as CTI came into existence in the year 2001 for offering education in computer applications and the institute holds the pride of being the only technical institution in the state of Gujarat for offering training in the Master of Computer Applications course exclusively for girls. The institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and it is affiliated to the Gujarat University for offering MCA course.

Course details:

As mentioned earlier, Chaudhari Technical Institute offers MCA course and it is the only course offered by the institute. The course consists of several electives and subjects that offer strong foundation for the students for information technology. Live projects, seminars and continuous industrial interaction are part of the regular curriculum followed by the institution. The MCA course offered by the institution focuses on interactive learning through group discussions, paper presentations and expert seminars. The institute believes that these instruments can sharpen the analytical, team building and decision making skills of the students. The course extends to a period of three years and academic session begins during the month of July every year, and ends in the month of June in the following year. Each year of the course has two semesters with each semester spreading over a period of 16-18 weeks. At the final semester of the course, each and every students will have to undertake project training in such a way that they can gain practical experience of working in an industry.

Admission Procedure:

A Candidate with Bachelor’s degree in any stream in 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent examination with not less than 50% of aggregate marks is eligible to apply to the MCA course offered by the Chaudhari Technical Institute. Admission will be based on the merit secured by the candidates in the state-level entrance examination called as Gujarat Common Entrance Test.
