This entrance exam is conducted by National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology. This is a government approved Institution. Those who want to pursue their career in Hotel Management field can apply for this exam. This Institution will select candidates through this exam to admit them in various Hotel Management courses.

Structure and Syllabus of National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Entrance Exam

This exam will consist of questions having multiple choices of answers. Candidates can select either Hindi or English as their medium of examination except for English Language section. The subjects asked in this entrance exam are given below

• Numerical Ability and Scientific Aptitude
• Reasoning and Logical Deduction
• General Knowledge and Current Affairs
• English Language
• Aptitude for Service Sector

If the answer chosen by the candidates from the given multiple choices is correct, then they can score one mark. Negative marking is applicable for all subjects except Aptitude for Service Sector.

Question Pattern of National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Entrance Exam

There will be two hundred questions in this entrance exam. Candidates should finish this entrance exam within three hours.

• First Section will be Numerical Ability and Scientific Aptitude. Candidates can score maximum thirty marks in this section
• Second Section will be Reasoning and Logical Deduction. Maximum thirty marks will be given in this section
• Third Section will be General Knowledge and Current Affairs with thirty marks
• English Language will be the fourth section with eighty marks
• Fifth section will be Aptitude for Service Sector having thirty marks
