Pay scale of Tea manufacturing Sector

The pay scale may be different for different workers and will depend on the type of work. For some works, the starting salary will be in the range of Rs.6000/- to Rs.8000/- per month. Some of the workers will be paid on daily work basis. Their wages will be in the range of Rs. 100/- to Rs.150/- per day. They are the least paid ones. They may be paid based on the hours they work.
