M.D. B. Ed College of Education came into existence in the year 2007 and the college is recognized by the National Council of Teacher Education located in Bhopal through an official letter dated 11th of April 2007. The college is affiliated to the Kachchh University and it has earned NOC certification form the Government of Gujarat’s Department of Education. The college offers teacher-education course in Gujarati Medium.

M.D. B. Ed College offers Bachelor of Education course under regular stream and this course is affiliated to the Kachchh University located in Bhuj. The duration of this course is one year and the intake capacity of the institution is 100 students, the course commenced form the academic year 2007-08.
