Delhi University LLB/ LLM entrance exam Pattern
Delhi University stands as one among the prominent universities of the country offering law courses. The university was established in 1922 with 750 aspirants and now the university is one among the largest universities of the country. The minimum time required to complete the under graduate law course is three years. The duration of post graduate course is two to three years. Admission to these courses is made based on an entrance exam carried by the university. After completing the course candidates can work in different fields like journalism, civil service, politics, sports and publishing. The university offers both online and offline modes of entrance test.
Structure and Syllabus of DULLB/ DULLM Entrance Exam
The Delhi University LLB entrance exam will be objective type in nature with multiple choice questions. The questions will be mainly from the areas like English Language Aptitude, Legal Aptitude, Analysis, and General Knowledge.
The Delhi University LLM entrance exam will be also objective type in nature with multiple choice questions. Major part of the questions from areas like Indian Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, International Law, and Environmental Law.
Question Pattern of DULLB/ DULLM Entrance Exam
DULLB Entrance Exam and DULLM Entrance Exam comprises of 175 questions each. Each question will be provided multiple choices. The candidate has to choose the correct option from the given choices. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. The questions which are left unanswered are not considered for negative marking. The total time duration for this exam will be 120 minutes.
Preparing for DULLB/ DULLM Entrance Exam
The candidates have to set up a very good study plan well in advance of the commencement of the exam. They have to be thorough with the entire syllabus of the exam before preparing the study plan. They have to refer the previous question papers and should get a clear idea about the over all pattern of the exam. They have to divide the portions into several units and should give prime importance to the core areas in the study plan. They can approach various coaching centers which provide assistance for clearing this exam with good marks. They should refer prescribed text books to get relevant data. They can also refer as many other books as possible which will help them to get a vast idea about the subject. The exam will be highly competitive and it will be time bounded as well. So they should give importance to time management in their study plan. They should keep all the relevant documents to be presented at the time of exam ready at least two days before the exam to avoid last minute pressure.
