Company profile: BrahMos Aerospace was established as a result of a joint venture between India and Russia. It has emerged as a premier company that deals in defence weapons and arms like launching missiles, ship based weapons etc. It is working on under water launching technologies and air launchers.
Job profile: The systems engineers will be required to work in areas like mechanical, electronics, simulation and documentation. They will also be required to design various systems, prepare reports, program the systems like route planning and trajectory of a missile etc.
Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 40 years. However, the provision of relaxation is available.
Educational Qualifications: For Simulation deptt – A candidate must be a first class B.E / B.TECH in ECE or CSE with a minimum of 3 years experience in MS Visual Studio (.NET, VC++), GIS software development etc. For Mechanical deptt – A candidate must be a B.E/B.TECH in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in production of drawings, knowledge of structures, ship building practices, knowledge of CAD/CAM, 3D modeling and animation software. For Electronics deptt – A candidate must be a B.E/B.TECH in ECE with a minimum of 5 years experience in electronic design and applications.
For Trg. and Documentation deptt – A candidate must be a B.E/B.TECH in ECE/Mechanical with a minimum of 5 years experience in the related field.
No. of posts: There is a minimum of 4 posts which consists 1 post in each of the four departments.
Pay scale: The pay package will be according to the company’s standards and will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Selection process: The candidates will have to appear for an interview.

I am a final year B.Tech EEE student. My course ends in the year 2010. Can I apply for recruitment in the ONGC or any other organisation for that matter? Please reply. It will be very helpful for not only me but also for hundreds of others who are facing trouble like me because of the dearth of visits by IT companies.
