Acharya Shri Bhikshu Government Hospital was established under the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. The hospital is considered as one of the integral and important part of the social and medical organisation. The main ida behind the establishment of the hospital was to provide complete health care and preventives for the people. This is basically a General Primary Levelk hospital with at present 61 beds in functioning. The hospital is located at Motinagar, New Delhi. The hospital provides OPD as well as Diagnostics Services to the patients.

Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the vacant positions of Junior Resident and Senior Resident in Acharya Shri Bhikshu Government Hospital. Candidates will be recruited on the specified positions for a period of six months. However, the job period may be extended by the Acharya Shri Bhikshu Government Hospital as per the performance of the candidates. Only eligible Indian Nationals are invited to apply for the specified positions.

Eligibility:

Candidates are required to strictly follow the age criteria set for the posts or else their applications will not be considered by the Acharya Shri Bhikshu Government Hospital under any special circumstances. The maximum age limit set for both the posts (i.e. Junior Resident and Senior Resident) is 40 years. Candidates must have age below 40 years for being eligible for applying for the specified positions. Relaxation amy be provided to the reserved categories candidates as per the rules of Government of India.

Educational Qualification:

Senior Resident: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma from a recognized university is required as the minimum educational qualification for applying for this post.

Junior Resident: Interested candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification i.e. MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized university registered with Delhi Medical/ Delhi Dental Council. Candidates should also have completed their internship.

Pay Scale: Candidates will be provided the emoluments of Rs. 18750 with additional Rs. 6600 for Senior Resident position. Candidates will be provided the emoluments of Rs. 15600 with additional Rs. 5400 for Junior Resident position.

Application Fee:

A Bank Draft of Rs. 500 is need to be sent alongwith the application as an application fee. Rs. 500 is the application fee for only General and OBC candidates. SC/ST candidates have been exempted from the payment of this fee. The Bank Draft should be made in favour of Medical Superintendent A. B. G. Hospital payable at New Delhi.
