Assistant Commissioner, Coal Mines Provident Fund Organization
Company profile: The coal mines provident fund organization is an autonomous organization under the ministry of coal (govt. of India). Its major responsibility is to administer the coal mines provident funds, accounts of the members of the coal mines and related schemes. The major aims of this organization are to ensure financial security to the employees and providing maximum returns.
Job profile: The major responsibility of an assistant commissioner will be to administer the operations and manage the employees and issue orders for correct administration. They will also be responsible for supporting the commissioner in recruiting various employees and planning and issue of the schemes.
Qualifications and Experience: A candidate must be an officer in central or state govt./statutory bodies/subordinate offices. A candidate must also have a minimum experience of 3 years in the pat scale of Rs6500-10500 or 5 years in the pay scale of Rs5500-17500 or 8years in the pay scale of Rs5000-8000.
No. of posts: There are 9 posts in total for the assistant commissioner.
Pay scale: The assistant commissioners will be given a pay scale of Rs9300-34800 plus a grade pay of Rs5400 plus the usual allowances as per the rules.
Selection process: The candidates will be short listed on the basis of their qualifications and the experience and the short listed candidates will be called for an interview.
How to apply: The candidates are required to apply as per the format given in the advertisement. The candidates are also required to send the attested copies of their certificates along with the applications. All the applications must be sent to the Office of the Commissioner, Coal Mines Provident Fund Organization, Headquarters Office, Dhanbad, Police Line, Jharkhand – 826001
The last date for the receipt of applications is 30th November 2009.

When it is provision to give the final due cheque to retired person on retiring day then why I’m facing problems from last three months- the PIO, under RTI ActO will be asked day to day work on finalization of my case-is none to monitor individual cases for favour of retired/sr.citizen (govt. body)- it seems only bribery machination by support of Govt.

I m a VTI,POSTED AT Salanpur area,ECL.My date of appointment is 1/11/1973 & my CMPF no isS/2/227/0259.I have continued my service at sangramgarh colliary under salanpur area from 1981 to 1997 march,but they have omitted my family pension from 1988 Jan to 1989 March,though PF contribution was deducted from my salary & I have full atytendence on that period.Please correct it & inform me.

The ‘’Live certificate’’ form of the pensioner of ECL issued by SBI, to be submitted by the pensioner, as indicated in the form,to be deposited in triplicate.One to payee bank branch,one to regional commissioner and one to office of the commissioner,CMFF,head quarter, Dhanbad.But there is no instruction about to whom the same to be deposited. I went to SBI, baraker branch.They took two copies. When asked about to whom I shall sent the remaining copy I was informed that they will send a copy to their noodle bank and did not know to whom the other copies would be send .Accordingly I sent one copy to office of the regional commissioner cmpf, asansole and another copy to commissioner cmpf dhanbad.To my utter surprise I received the copy of regional commissioner refused to accpt.Now ,sir, at this fag end of life,the pension is the bread winner of a pensioner.We always depend on the monthly pension to meet both ends.There are a number of cases where the pension was temporarily stopped for the lack of cooperation bt the bank and the office of CMPF.My intention of writing this letter to you is not to to disturb you in your precious time but to let you know our hapless condition.I\We request you to kindly arrange for a clear instruction to the authority about submission \acceptance of the ‘’live certificate’’ .Awaiting an early reply is solicited.

I submitted my life certificate in the month of November 2011 in State Bank Of India , Branch- Behala (code- 1522) where I have my pension account and where I receive my pension .
I regret to inform you that I did not receive my pension of August 2011till date . Matter enquired to State Bank Of India , Branch Behala (code- 1522) , but no positive result I got from them . I could not understand the logic of pension delayed , since I have submitted life certificate in time but my pension of August 2011 has not been reached to the bank authority till now .
As such I earnestly request you to kindly arranged to send my pension to the State Bank Of India , Behala branch without delay.And if there is any mistake from my side then inform me .
However another Life Certificate is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful action as soon as possible.

My father is ex employee of secl was posted at Umaria ( Johila area). He has taken voltier retirment on 02/08/2010 and he had submitted the PROVIDENT FUND FORM on 05/09/2010, but he has not received the the payment till date, even he does not know the status of the PF and his pension.
