Deloitte Touché Tohmatsu India Private Limited recruits fresh graduates who have completed Engineering degree in computer related subjects. Candidates who have secured first class marks in qualifying examination with no back papers are eligible to apply. Selection procedure is on the basis of performance in screening test and interviews.

Eligibility Criterion

Candidates who have completed Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University are eligible to apply for the vacancies in technical posts. Apart from this, candidates who have completed Master of Computer Applications or Master of Science in Computer Science can also apply for the campus placement drive. Candidates need to have a minimum of 60 % marks in aggregate in their qualifying examination. Candidates are not supposed to have any back papers at the time of recruitment. In addition to academics, candidates should have essential skills such as Knowledge of SQL or HTML and good communication skills.

Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s degree in Commerce can apply for vacancies in External Audit function at Deloitte. Candidates who have secured a first class mark in graduation along with no back papers are eligible to apply. Candidates are required to have excellent communication skills, general aptitude, logical reasoning skills and excellent problem solving skills.

Eligible candidates will be intimated via email on the selection process.

Selection Procedure

Recruitment for various posts is conducted on the basis of scores obtained in screening test, technical interview and H R interview. The screening test will be conducted online. There will be a total of 40 questions in screening test. Of these, 15 questions will be asked from quantitative section, 10 questions from academics and 15 questions from logical reasoning. Time duration allotted for the online test is one hour. Each question carries one mark. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. There is specific cut off for each section. Candidates who have cleared the screening test will be short listed for technical interview. There will be questions from the topics that the candidates have studied in the academics in technical interview. HR interview will have questions to check the interpersonal skills and problem solving skills of the candidates.
