RITES Limited has invited applications for the recruitment of Graduate Executive Trainee (GET) till October 20, 2012. Engineering graduates having 60% marks are eligible to join this recruitment drive. Selection process for required candidates is done through a written exam followed by interview. There will be general aptitude as well as subject related questions for the written test. Only those candidates who are competent with technical subjects will be considered for interview.

Eligibility Criterion for GET in RITES Limited

Engineering graduation from an AICTE approved /government aided institution is the basic eligibility required. Such candidates should have obtained the qualification with 60% marks in any of the following streams.

• Architecture
• Chemical Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Science/ Information Technology
• Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Metallurgy

For IT discipline, MCA holders are also eligible.

Eligible candidate must be an Indian graduate with in the age group of 21-30 years.  Moreover candidate must meet certain physical requirements/abilities as specified by the company.

Selection Procedure for GET in RITES Limited

Selection of suitable candidate is done through a written exam and interview. Written exam comprises of two parts, Part I & Part II. Part I include objective type questions of 100 numbers. Marks allotted for this 90 minutes test is 100 marks. Syllabus of the exam is based on the topics as mentioned below.

• General Ability Test
• General Knowledge
• General Science
• Reasoning
• Engineering Discipline

Part II comprises of subjective type questions from the engineering discipline concerned. Maximum time allotted for the completion of second part is 120 minutes and the maximum marks allotted for the same is 80.

Candidates having qualified Part II of the written exam will be called for interview. Maximum marks given for the section is 20.

Application Process for GET in RITES Limited

Interested and eligible candidates can forward their applications via the web portal of RITES Limited. Before starting the application process, candidate must pay the prescribed application fee. This amounts to Rs. 500/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST candidates. Fee can be paid in the form of Demand Draft favoring ‘RITES LIMITED’ payable at Gurgaon.  Upon submitting the application form (through online method), the system will generate a Registration Slip. This Registration Slip (having a unique registration number) must be downloaded and sent to the address of The Advertiser (RITES), Post Box No. 9248, Krishna Nagar Head Post Office, Delhi-110051. Demand Draft must also be send along with the application form.
