M.Tech in Power System: Course Details
Graduation in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is the educational qualification for M.Tech in Power System. Admission is carried out on the basis of GATE score. NITs, Singania University are some of the institutes that offer this course. The two year course is designed to provide high level knowledge in Energy Management and Power system dynamics. Those who have completed this course can seek employment in firms such as Tata Industry, NTPC and Reliance Power.
Eligibility Criterion and Admission Details for Master of Technology in Power Systems
Candidates who have completed Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering in Electronics or allied subjects are eligible to apply for this course. Most of the colleges consider a minimum of 55% marks in qualifying examination for admission. Admission to the course is carried out on the basis of scores obtained in GATE exam. Apart from this, some institutes conduct their own entrance examination for admission. For instance Anna University and NITs conduct their own examination for admission process.
