Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Co. Limited (MAHATRANSCO) was founded on June6, 2005. MAHATRANSCO is responsible for the electricity trasmission in the state of Maharashtra. At present Mr. Arvind Singh is the Managing Director of MAHATRANSCO.

The work of the candidates will be based on their posts. The work is simple but candidate needs to have good communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

M.Com with 1st class is required for the post of Dy. Manager and MBA with 1st class in Finance with basic degree in ommerce or Engineering is required for the post of Sr. magaer post.

Selected candidates will get the pay scale prescribed for the respective posts.

Selection process:

All candidates are required to give a written examination which is scheduled to be held on Sunday 13th December 2009 in Mumbai. The selections will then be made on the basis of the result of the written examination.
