Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology of Allahabad is a deemed university and is counted as one of the best institutes in this part of the country. This college is very popular in India and also in some Asian countries.
Courses Offered: The College offers four year B. Tech program in Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Production & Industrial Engineering, Bio-Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Information Technology. MCA courses are also available in this institute. This institute also offers M. Tech courses in different engineering streams. Students can also pursue MBA in Human Resource, Finance, Engineering Management and Production.
Infrastructure: This College has a huge campus and has all the modern facilities. There are seven boy’s hostels and two girl’s hostels. All the labs are well equipped and all the computer labs have internet connectivity. This college has excellent library and have all the books to nurture the brains of the future.
Placements: The institute has a great placement cell and can boast of many students getting high packages. This institute has good relations with many companies and there had been many instances of a student getting more than one job. More than seventy companies visit this institute every year to pick right candidates.
Admission Procedure: The admissions to the engineering seats of this institute are through AIEEE which is conducted by CBSE. For admission into the MBA department, students are asked to appear for Common Admission Test.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for getting admission into the engineering departments of this college, a student must have a good rank in AIEEE.
