The placement procedure of Accenture is considered as one of the toughest in the industry. The placement process consists of several levels of interviews. A personal interview will top off the placement process.

Accenture Placement Test

The written test will have a duration of 60 minutes. The test will comprise of questions from verbal ability, logical reasoning and mathematical questions. Students who clear the written test will be called for a Group discussion, HR cum Technical round and finally the HR round.

Accenture Placement Interview

Candidates who are appearing for the HR cum Technical round will be asked questions from any of the subjects they have learned so far. Apart from this, questions may also be asked from any of the projects the students have done. After this is the HR round. The candidates will be asked to describe themselves, why they choose to join Accenture, their academic back ground, hobbies etc.

Accenture will generally ask questions based on the C Language. Majority of the questions will carry questions that will necessitate a person to debug C code snippets or the determination of successful program compiling etc. It would be helpful for the students if they purchase some preparatory guide books such as Scham’s outline series or Yeshwant Kanitkar. In addition to this aspirants can also collect detail information from the official website of Accenture. Once the candidates clear the written test, their next goal must be to clear the interview successfully. As to achieve this, it is pertinent that they prepare well in advance. Many technical questions will be asked by the interviewer. So, candidates must be well prepared to answer questions related to projects.

The applicants need to be quite confident when they answer the judging panel.  Candidates must take their time and answer what they feel is right. But, they should never hesitate when they answer. The panel must feel the confidence of the candidates. If they get any chance to ask anything about the firm, candidates can ask something they wish to know, thus showing their interest towards the firm.

The final round will be the HR round. To attend this, candidates need to come equipped in self introduction, strength in addition to weakness etc. One thing the candidates must always be sure of is to never be over confident before the panel. They need to stay calm, cool and confident. Lying is never an option. By chance they do not know the correct response to a question, the aspirants need to let admit that to the panel.

    If any one has given wrong information for designation of last company in CV. but fills correct information in employee application form given by accenture. what will happen. How much time is taken by HR after submitting documents & employee application form
