ITC LTD Placement Test
The placement procedure of the ITC LTD includes the following. The placement of the candidates is done on basis of their CGPA or percentage of marks scored in their course.
The process includes:
- Written test
- Personal Interview
The aptitude test has a time limit id 1 ½ hours. This part of the placement procedure comprises of verbal reasoning, critical reasoning and Quantitative aptitude. Those who clear this part of the procedure with top marks shall be called for the PI.

The questions asked in the placement interview will be mostly technical type. Questions will also be asked on the subjects that were learned by students during their course of education. Questions will also be asked about the projects done by aspirants during the course of their study. The final step for the placement procedure is the HR interview. A few questions asked in this round comprise of:

There is a possibility for technical questions to be asked. Applicants need to have a good idea about the project done by them earlier. Including this, their work experience as well as their field of study will be the areas from where they can expect questions. It is necessary for the applicants to be confident and direct when answering any question. It wouldn’t bode them well if they make the panel think that they are indecisive. The HR round is the final round of the interview procedure. Questions about your hobbies, self introduction etc will be asked in this stage.
