It was found to their astonishment, that a major part of faculty members including the Principal did not pose B.Ed degree. This was the similar condition found by the group when they visited two more states.  The University Grants Commission insist a candidate with M.Ed or M.A education to have another PG degree as to get placement in the post of Lecture in various colleges. But, at hand are examples of people having no Ph.D, M.Ed or even a B.Ed occupying a post of professor in NCERT ad even in University of Delhi.
