MBA is one of the most sought after courses in our country these days. The demand for MBAs is also increasing. So many people are opting for it. In MBA also, there is a huge inclination towards Applied Management. The scope of this course is very broad and almost every industry in modern times needs managers adept in this field. Annamalai University offers a postgraduate degree in Applied Management. The duration of the course is two years. In the second year of the course there is a paper on Customer Relationship Management. The paper is very important as far as the efficient learning of the course is concerned. The pattern of the paper is given below.

The exam of the subject carries a maximum of 75 marks and the time given for the exam is three hours. The paper is sub divided into four distinct sections. The first section consists of eight short answer type questions. Students have to answer any five out of them. Each question carries 3 marks.

The second section consists of five long answers type questions out of which three are to be answered. Each question carries 10 marks.

The next section consists of essay type questions. There are three questions given with a choice to answer any one. This question carries 15 marks.

The last section consists of a single question which is compulsory. This is also an essay type question carrying 15 marks.
