MBA is a much sought after course in our country, but doing MBA from any institute whatsoever does not count much. The degree should be from some reputed institute or university. Annamalai University is one such renowned university. The university happens to be one of the largest residential universities of Asia. It offers MBA in many fields, one such field being Retail Management. Retail Management is a very important stream in context of the present day society. This is a two year degree course. In the first year of the course the subject of Principles in Retailing is there, the pattern of which is given here.

The exam is of three hours time duration and the maximum marks carried are 75. There are four sections in the paper. Section A consists of eight questions out of which five are to be answered. Each question carries 3 marks.

Section B consists of five questions out of which three are to be answered. Each question is of 10 marks.

Section C consists of three essay type questions. One question is to be answered out of the three. This question carries 15 marks.

Section D consists of only one essay type question. This question is compulsory and this also carries 15 marks.
