Job profile: Relationship Managers – The role of the managers would be to increase customer base, handle a profile of over 300 – 450 customers of the branch, strengthen relationship with customers, provide them wealth management services of the bank.

Branch Heads – The role of the Branch Head would be to achieve set business targets, increase profit for the branch which they head, perform and help in audit and compliance of the branch, maintain and increase customer base by increasing services provided to the customers.

Qualifications: Relationship Managers – The candidate applying for the post must be a Graduate or a MBA.

Branch Heads – The candidate must be Graduate / Post Graduation preferably in Marketing & Management.

Experience: Relationship Managers – The candidate must have more than 2 years sales experience in Wealth Management preferably mutual fund & life insurance sales.

Branch Heads – The candidate must have 6 to 11 years of working experience in banking industry with a minimum 3 years experience as Branch Head.

Pay Scale: The pay scale is not been disclosed by the bank, but the bank is known to offer the best compensations in the industry.
