Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade II Executive Exam 2012
This exam is conducted by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India for recruiting candidates to the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade II Executive in Intelligence Bureau.
Structure of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade II Executive Exam
There will be written test having duration of two hours with two sections, objective and descriptive. Subjects for objective test are given below

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess degree from any recognized university to become eligible to apply for this test. Age of the candidates applying for this test should not be more than twenty seven years.
How to Apply?
Applications should be submitted to the Assistant Director (G), Post Box No. – 5319, Post Office- Chanakya Puri, New Delhi- 110021 on a white paper in the specified format. Applicants should write “Application for the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade II/Executive” on the envelope containing the application form. It should be written in bold letters on the left corner. Applicants can also apply through the website www.mha.nic.in
How to fill the Form?
Forms should be filled according to the instructions given in the notification. Name of the applicant should be entered as it is written in the degree certificate. Every column should be filled before submitting the application form to the authority.

Study Plan
As this is government exam, numerous candidates will apply for this test. Therefore tough competition can be expected for this exam. So candidates need good preparation to face this exam. Students should start their preparation early as possible, at least three months before the exam. Obtain syllabus of this test from the notification and collect study materials according to it. Then prepare a time chart to study different topics divided into smaller segments. It should specify how much topics should be studied each day. It should also specify the time taken to study each topic. Try to follow this time chart daily.
Keep some time to revise the studied topics. Develop the habit of making notes while studying. Revision can be done using these notes. This will help to memorize formulas, relevant information etc. Collect question papers which resemble the pattern of this exam and try to figure out each question in that. Thus students can improve their confidence to attend the exam.

Score Validity
The score obtained from this exam will be considered valid till the ending of recruitment process.
