Job profile: The assistant sales manger would be required to increase the sales market, deepen the company’s penetration through market segmentation increasing the customer base. He would also be required deepen customer relationships, acquire new customer, advice them on their short and long term investments. The manager would also be required to carry out new recruitments for the advisor, develop training procedure to train them, help them acquire customers in the field and achieve company set targets.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate, good communication skills. The company would prefer local area candidates with knowledge of potential market, candidates from insurance sector would be preferred.
