Diploma holders who wish to do graduation in Pharmacy can join the second year of B.Pharm by means of the Lateral entry scheme. As to do so, the aspirants will have to appear for the state level entrance exam to gain admittance. Students who have secured a minimum of 60 percent marks in the Diploma course in Pharmacy in all semesters can apply for the lateral entry scheme. The certification must be from an institute that has been approved by the PCI and AICTE. The admission to the second year will be provided on the condition that the students have cleared all the subjects of the first year that were not studied by them in the D. Pharm program.
