Admission Process for B.Tech in College of Engineering, Anna University
The admission for the B.Tech courses is carried out in the College of Engineering, Anna University by means of an entrance test. The name of the entrance test is Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission test (TNEA). As to be eligible for the test, candidates must pass +2 in science subject. They must have math as a compulsory subject in the +2. Students can get the application form and prospectus from the college by sending a request letter along with a DD for the required amount.
Fee structure of B.Tech in College of Engineering, Anna University
As to do B.Tech in College of Engineering, Anna University is not as expensive as other colleges in the same rank. At the time of admission a student must pay a fee of Rs 1310/- . This includes admission fee, Regulation & Syllabus Books, Provisional Certificate and Degree Certificate, Personality and Character Development along with NSS. Rs 4000 will also have to be paid which will be refundable later on.
Each candidate will have to pay a fee of Rs. 13,310/- every semester. This include the tuition fee, development fee, library, computer, lab, education media, internet charges Cultural & Professional Society Fee, Student Accident and Medical Relief Fund, enrollment fee, and YRC charges etc. At the time of admission the total amount payable by a candidate will come up to a grand total of Rs. 18,620/-
