Chettinad University 2011 MBBS BSc
Chettinad University holds an entrance exam for undertaking admission in it’s under graduate based program in the medical discipline. MBBS, BSc(nursing) and BSc(Allied Health Sciences). The University has been approved by the Government of India. The MBBS Programme offered by the University is approved by the by Medical Council of India and BSc(Nursing) programme and the Nursing course offered is approved by the by Indian Nursing Council. The University along with these cutting edge courses offers overall excellent infrastructural based facilities.
Candidates are admitted to the undergraduate programmes of Chettinand through a Common Entrance Examination conducted by the University based on +2 PCB Syllabus. Its MBBS Programme has a total of 150 seats while BSc(Nursing) Programme has 100 seats. The BSc(Allied Health Sciences) programme has 30 seats.

Eligibility criteria:
A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with atleast 70% aggregate marks in PCB for MBBS and 45% aggregate marks in PCB for BSc(Nursing). Those who are appearing for class 12th exams in 2011 can also apply. Also a candidate should have attained the age of 17 years as on 31st December, 2011.
Availability of Application forms:
The forms will be available directly from the university campus. The form can also be obtained by post from the University by sending a Demand Draft along with the request for form. Candidates can also download the form online through the website www.chettinadhealthcity.com.
