Integrated first degree courses at BITS Pilani

These degress are offered as B.E. (Hons.), B.Pharm. (Hons.),, M.Sc. (Hons.), M.M.S (Master of Management Studies), M.Sc. (Tech.), and M.A. (Hons.). There are two reasons for calling the course as integrated first degree course. The first one is that there are common subjects like math’s and science in all the courses. The second reason is that there is no intermediate degree. The higher degree courses include M.E/M.Pharm/M.Phil and Master of Business administration. The usual duration of higher degree is four semesters. The programmes of ME.M.Pharm/M.Phil are designed such that the candidate acquires knowledge in all core levels. Doctoral Programme at BITS Pilani

The doctoral program at BITS Pilani is designed from the inputs of the candidates doing higher courses at the institute. The candidates need to qualify for doing Ph.D in the institute. The course structure is of forty units to be completed in four semesters. The selected candidates are given fellowship or financial help to pursue the course. The candidates are required to take part in the teaching and other activities of the institute.
