Pay Scale: candidates selected for the position of Deputy Manager will be placed at pay scale of Rs.32900-58000, while candidates for the position of Manager will be placed in 36600-62000. Apart from basic pay, they would get an annual increment at 3% of basic pay, Perks at 46% of basic pay, industrial DDA at 47.2%, etc…

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be full-time Bachelor’s degree holders in Technology/engineering in the relevant discipline or UG degree in science for post code No. RD 08 from a recognized institute/university with not less than 60% of marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent CGPA.
