Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (D.A.V) established in the year 1964 provides the aspirants with various courses in different levels of academics. The admittance to these courses will be on the basis of performance of candidates in the entrance exam conducted by the CET Admission Committee of the University. The candidates those who clear the entrance test will have to attend the counseling process of the University.

Structure of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya B.Pharm CET

The Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya B.Pharm CET will have objective type questions comprising of 4 alternative choices. The medium of the examination will be in English. Questions will be based on syllabus of CBSE (10+2) and Board of Secondary Education (M.P), Bhopal (10+2). Three marks will be awarded for each correct answer. There will also be negative marking. One mark will be deducted for an incorrect response or multiple marking. The test will be of 90 minutes duration.

Syllabus of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya B.Pharm CET

The questions for the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya B.Pharm CET will be asked from the following sections.

  • English
  • Physics
  • Mathematics / Biology / Biotechnology
  • Chemistry

The candidates can opt for either Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology according to their own wish.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates those who have completed their 10+2 standard with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology / Biotechnology with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% in case of SC / ST candidates) or recognized Board of Education are eligible to apply for the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya B.Pharm CET. The aspirants who have appeared or going to appear for the qualifying examination in the same academic year are also eligible to appear for the entrance test. The candidates seeking admission against NRI seats will be eligible for admission without attending the entrance test. For them a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination is only required.

How to Apply?

Aspirants can submit their online application for Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya B.Pharm CET through the website www.mponline.gov.in. Before online registration, the applicants have to remit the application fee of Rs. 1000/- + Rs. 50/- (online service charges) either through cash at authorized kiosks of MP Online or through credit card or debit card or net banking. There is also a provision of downloading the application form from the official website www.iips.edu.in for which the duly filled application form along with the required enclosures have to be sent to ‘The Chairperson’, Admission Committee, C/o International Institute of Professional Studies, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Takshashila Campus, Khandwa Road, Indore - 452001, MP, India. The candidates seeking admission against NRI seats shall be eligible for admittance without attending the entrance test. Such candidates can apply online through the website www.mponline.nic.in.

How to fill the Form?

All the necessary information regarding the filling up of form is mentioned clearly in the information brochure. The applicants are advised to read it carefully before filling the form. All the columns in the form have to be filled furnishing the exact details. One should also take proper care that the completely filled application along with the required enclosures reach the destination before the deadline.
