Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya conducts common entrance test every year for the admittance of eligible ones to its various under graduate and post graduate programmes. Selection of candidates to these various courses shall be done by the CET Admission Committee on the basis of performance of candidates in the entrance exam and counseling process.

Structure of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya MCA CET

Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya MCA CET will be of objective type pattern of 90 minutes duration. Questions will be based on syllabus of CBSE (10+2) and Board of Secondary Education (M.P), Bhopal (10+2). Three marks will be awarded for each correct answer. There will be negative marking. One mark will be deducted for an incorrect response or multiple marking.

The questions for Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya MCA CET will be from the syllabus of under mentioned subjects which the candidates have pursued in their 10+2 standard.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates those who have completed their 10+2 standard with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC / ST candidates) or from a recognized Board of Education are eligible for the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya MCA CET. The candidates appearing or has appeared for the qualifying examination can also appear for the entrance test. The candidates seeking admission against NRI seats shall be eligible for admission without entrance test. For them a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination is only required.

How to Apply?

Candidates can submit the online application form for Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya MCA CET through the official website www.mponline.gov.in. The applicants also have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1000/- + 50/- (online service charges) either through cash at authorized kiosks of MP Online or Credit Card or Debit Card or Net Banking. One can also download the application form from the website www.iips.edu.in for which the completed application along with the required enclosures have to be sent to Completed application form sent to ‘The Chairperson’, Admission Committee, C/o International Institute of Professional Studies, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Takshashila Campus, Khandwa Road, Indore - 452001, MP, India. The candidates seeking admission against NRI seats shall be eligible for admission without attending entrance test. Such candidate can apply online through www.mponline.nic.in.

How to fill the Form?

Candidate are advised to carefully read and understand the details given in the guidelines available on the web site www.iips.edu.in and www.dauniv.ac.in before filling the application form

  • All the columns should be filled with intense care
  • No column should be left blank
  • Ensure that the category is marked correctly
  • No documents should be enclosed along with the online application form.
  • The name of the candidate entered in the application form must be the same as in the higher secondary certificate
  • Take a Xerox copy of the completed application and keep it safely for future reference
