Education promotion society for India (EPSI) conducted an online Combined Entrance test for admission into various under graduate and post graduate courses offered by various Universities in India. EPSI National Admission Test (ENAT) for Engineering is an entrance test conducted by EPSI for the selection of Engineering Courses offered by different participating institutes with EPSI. ENAT is organized by Manipal University. The following are the engineering courses offered through the ENAT test.

Structure of ENAT

EPSI National Admission Test (ENAT) for Engineering is an online entrance test. The selection of the candidates for the BE courses is on the basis of this entrance test. The questions in the test are in English language only. The test consists of 240 multiple choice questions. The time allotted for completing the test will be two hours and thirty minutes. The standard of the questions are of Higher Secondary level. For each question four options are provided. From the given choices right answer should be marked by the candidate. The questions are from the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, mathematics, general Knowledge and English.

Eligibility Criteria

The basic educational qualification needed for the candidates for applying for the ENET test is to complete their plus two with sixty percent marks. The candidates should have studied Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects and Chemistry or Biology as optional subjects in their plus two classes. The candidate should be a citizen of India. Those candidates going to attempt their qualifying exam can also apply for the test.

How to Apply?

The application form and admission bulletin can purchase from the selected branches of State Bank of India and Syndicate Bank. The candidates can download the application form from the website of www.enat.org.in. They have to send the application form to the Manipal University with the demand draft of the Rs.1500/- which includes the application fee and entrance test fee. The interested candidates can apply online through the official website. They have to pay the fee through net banking service.

How to fill the Form?

The candidates should fill the form correctly by following all the instructions for filling the form. The instructions for filling the form will be there in the official website and also in the admission brochure get along with the application form. The form should be filled by the candidate in Block letters with a ball point pen. The details entered in the form must be clear and correct. Any mistake leads to the disqualifying of the candidates. The online applicants must upload the scanned photograph and signature in the application form. The demand draft details or credit card details should be mailed with the application form.The photo of the candidate must be affixed in the form and it should be clear. The form should be sent to the University before the last date for doing so.

Each applicant needs a good study plan which helps them to develop their skills and reduce the stress. The time of the candidate must be allocated effectively. The candidates have to understand the importance of the exam and the time available for the preparation. Collect the possible study materials from the available sources. Identify the most difficult and important portions for the exam. Give more time for covering those topics. Coaching centres are there. Make use of the support provided by them. A good study plan helps the candidates to accomplish the final target of clearing the exam.

The result of the exam will be published in the official website of ENAT www.enat.org.in.

Score Validity

The exam score is valid till the period of the closing date of the admission period.
