Fabrication is said to be a significant process of manufacturing that deals with creating useful products from different types of materials and parts. The trained professionals in this area are called Fabricators. They work with the raw materials to make numerous types of structures and heavy machines. These experts use several tools like chop saws, torches, band saws, etc. to engrave and shape steel or other metals. They refer many blueprints to understand how to create a useful product from these metals.

Fabricators are also responsible for developing and repairing the malfunctioning machines. Usually they use welding technique to make products. Most of these professionals are metal fabricators and use types of metals such as plate metal, expanded metal and formed metals. They may also use the castings, fittings and welding wires. Qualifying Exam

Candidates must have at least a higher level diploma and certain formal training to become a fabricator. They can also enter the field by pursuing an associate degree in fabrication, manufacturing or concerned fields. Most of these graduates may work as part time employers in manufacturing settings to obtain the practical experience. Some of the employers will provide on the job trainings and the depth of training programme dependent on their job position. Those working with aircrafts and electronic products need thorough training and theoretical knowledge.

To apply for the high school diploma or associate degree in concerned areas, candidates must have qualification in higher secondary education or equivalent from a recognized institution. While pursuing the degree, students can apply for the part time jobs in this field to get an exposure.     i am a mechanical engineer, recently i have started my small business in fabrication. i also have two years of working experience in company which manufactures pressure vessels. though i gained knowledge and steps to fabricate it.
    Apart from it, i need new concept or an idea of manufacturing/fabricating new products keeping new generation technology or products which will have more demands in future which can helps me in accelerating the growth of my comapny.
